watching the britney spears episode of glee with andrew. jemaine and brett "simpsonized."
we went to eat tapas last night also. i am really awkward at tapas restaurants b/c i don't know how much food i am expected to order or when i should order it. do you order it all at once, start with a few dishes and then ask for the menu back? wtf? i tried googling it but there was no "how to order and eat tapas" page.
also, i always feel awkward when the server seems to want you to order alcohol. it makes me want to order it (and not drink) just so my waitress doesn't scuzz me out.
stupid waitresses. we should've just gone to bk....
(j/k, the food was yummy and andrew was perfect)

happy birthday!

dan, did you read that article? i did, and it is totally useless! "be adventurous"?? wtf does that mean? i need real concrete advice, "order two dishes first, and then two more dishes..." or "only go if you drink lots of alcohol," or "servers always have fart face, don't be alarmed."
Happy belated birthday. So where'd you go? Amelia and I have tried a few tapas places in the area, but the only one I've really liked is Small Plates in Harvard Square.
we went to dali's near holden green. it was VERY romantic! and a bit sexist.
Well I'm no tapas expert but the times I've gone we usually start by ordering one (maybe 1.5) dish per person (the place I usually go typically serves 4 "pieces" per dish so it works well for 2 or 4 people so we can all try eachothers), and then after those come add dishes as we feel hungry.
Maybe that helps a bit.
not much out there that beats BK's Rodeo Cheeseburger!
